The distinctive character of our association is to bring together amateurs and professionals, from all over the world, whether they are hoteliers, restaurateurs, executive chefs or sommeliers, in the appreciation of fine cuisine.

Shenzhen Bailliage has always been dedicated to exploring the most locally distinctive culinary culture and sharing it with fellow members and all friends. Therefore, this year’s Induction Ceremony & Gala Dinner specially adopts the theme of "Between the Mountains and the Sea," which aligns with Shenzhen’s regional cultural characteristics. Coincidentally, the venue for this celebration, The St. Regis Shenzhen Bao’an, is also surrounded by breathtaking mountain and sea views.
